You did not take it for what it was worth and did not consider the skeptical viewpoint behind the question. Whoever asked you how in the world you would know about really bad olfactory sensations might have thought you had possibly worked in the “Decomposition Room” at the Oklahoma City morgue. I worked there for a half a day once. It is a special room for special cases that have been out in the elements too long or up someone’s ass smoking a cigar before they die. If you ever have an opportunity to visit that special room you wil NEVER forget it, or the smell. I think it was a good question. And, right now as I write, that room sits waiting for more beavers or weasels or whatever. So, with that said, I am off on a road trip (the meaning of my life I have finally come to believe) so that when my time comes I will have as many memories as possible, stinky or not.
