From the woman’s perspective, though, I am partly to blame for that. The loser guy is usually the only one I am confident enough to talk to. I may talk to him as a sort of warm up for the really hot guy, but then, not wanting to hurt his feelings, I end up talking to him all night.

(This doesn’t always happen, so if I’ve talked to you all night, it doesn’t mean this was the situation.)
